Liz Passot grew up in a small military town of 29 Palms, 10 minutes from Joshua Tree, and came to San Diego for school. In 2010 she graduated from University of California of San Diego, and became a first generation college graduate. After 3 years in biotech, she attended Azusa Pacific University for her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, shortly followed by her Masters of Science in Nursing on the Family Nurse Practitioner track. For the past 5 years, Liz has called Sharp Mary Birch her home, working on their Labor and Delivery and Triage unit where she fell in love with OB and women’s health.
Liz is making the transition to the advanced nursing role and could not dream of a better place to grow than with the compassionate and evidence based care of West Coast OBGYN. Liz believes passionately that education is power, especially in Women’s Health, and that every patient should be given the tools to take an active role in thier plan of care. When you meet Liz you will receive kind and non-judgmental care, gain resources that can help you make decisions about your care, and learn more about your care options. She believes this is your journey and you should have a say in it.
In her spare time, Liz and her husband take their daughter to various adventures around San Diego, from the beach to the Safari park, enjoys the diverse and rich San Diego cuisine, and running in all the beautiful locales San Diego offers.
